Why on earth would you!? No returns on custom orders and unless something is very wrong with your lovely Tobyboo piece I'm afraid I don't do returns.
I've got an idea of something I'd like - do you do commissions?
Of course! I've taken on all sorts of commissions from tiny to huge, please just contact me and let me know what you have in mind.
I need a custom piece but I needed it yesterday, how long does it take?
If you let me know the earliest you need it by I will do my very best to work as fast as I can, I have been known to get a piece out for a Christening in 2 days (I'd rather you didn't leave it that close!) on the whole I'd say up to 2 weeks for a custom order.
If there is any thing else you would like to know (well not anything, I'm not Stephen Fry) please just ask
